Let’s push aside the heavy sighs and raised eyebrows of our huffing Teenagers and Tweenagers for a short while – much as I adore the little darlings. Instead I want to offer this space to address the hopes and dreams of my fellow Queenagers. Those women of a certain age, ripe and mature like fine vintage wine or richly roasted coffee. The 50+, peri- through to post-menopausal. Women who dream of creating magic moments that can change our world!

You are cordially invited to dream big and dance to the beat of your heartfelt dreams. To grab a brew, relax and focus on straightening your own and others’ crooked crowns whilst preparing to pass them on along with our precious ancient wisdom and knowledge to the young women of the future.

Pull up a chair, get your favourite mug,

Put the world to rights as you quaff a glug.

Wise elder wisdoms, Wednesday each week,

To straighten the crowns of those who seek

A moment’s reflection as coffee steams,

Dancing to the beat of our heartfelt dreams.
